CANDIDATE'S REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

In consideration of the use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Registration Form, (b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. This information about yourself shall be referred to as "Registration Data", (c) to abide by GradSolutions privacy policy and term of usage, (d) to reply to our corresponds and provide appropriate feedback to assist GradSolutions to perform or improve our services and (e) not to submit comments to the site that may contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, undesirable or obscene material. 

If any information provided by you is determined (in GradSolutions sole discretion) to be untrue, inaccurate, undesirable, not current, provided in bad faith or incomplete, as well as if you fail to comply with any term or provision of the privacy policy, term of usage and conditions of this agreement; GradSolutions has the right to remove your registration and articles and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

CANDIDATE'S REGISTRATION, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

GradSolutions has taken reasonable measure to ensure the security of your personal information which include but not limited to registration process, storage of information and employee access policy. Hence, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and information that might lead to unauthorised access of GradSolutions information system and website services. You agree to immediately notify the administrator of any unauthorized use of your password or registration or any other breach of security. 

SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE

Recognising the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the Australia or the country in which you reside.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

GradSolutions reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that GradSolutions shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

NO RESALES OF SERVICES

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Materials published or made available on the website may include but not limited images, videos, sound, music, written articles are subjected to the protected of copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets and/or propriety information (© 2005 GradSolutions, Australia).
